About Lyndsey
Lyndsey discovered her passion for health and fitness while completing nursing school through Oregon Health & Science University in Ashland, OR. She used the gym as a way to physically and mentally decompress from the grueling program. Her nursing career took her throughout Southern Oregon and then on to Honolulu, HI. Eventually she returned to her hometown of Bend, OR.
In addition to a broad nursing background, Lyndsey obtained her Personal Training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is passionate about continued education and enjoys learning new modalities to enhance training techniques with her clients.
Additionally, Lyndsey is a Certified Health Coach. A health coach will facilitate open conversations in a supportive, non-judgmental way in order to assist the client with self-exploration and decision making. Health coaching is valuable to assist in goal-setting, while developing the potential of each client in a holistic way.
Lyndsey’s personal experience with fitness includes competing in body building shows (Figure division), numerous obstacle course races, CrossFit competitions, races, and enjoys learning new fitness disciplines.
She is also an accomplished equestrian.
Lyndsey offers the unique perspective gained from a well-rounded nursing career, in addition to an accomplished fitness resume. She is committed to forming a partnership where clients are empowered to reach their optimal level of health & wellness.
Health coaching serves as a partnership between myself and my client. I am your resource to guide you in achieving your optimal state of health and wellness. Emotional and physical health go hand in hand; I want you to come to understand what balance means to you and how you can incorporate that into your life.

As a Registered Nurse, I understand the importance of evidence-based practices, reputable sources, and can help you find the right resources necessary to create your own supportive network. We will work together to set realistic and attainable goals, reduce your health risks, and shift your focus towards prevention of illness and disease. Throughout your journey I will help guide you, give effective feedback, and be your accountability partner.
HEALTH COACHING
Meet with me for your initial complimentary consultation to discuss your past experience with physical activity, review your medical history, and determine your goals to establish an action plan. If we are agreed to be a good partnership, I will share my pricing structure and schedule our next meeting.

Personal Training includes a 60-minute workout and can vary from weight training, resistance bands, body weight exercises, Tabata-style circuit training, and mobility work. With your goals in mind, our sessions can be tailored to help you meet your fitness goals.
